Off Script Leadership Innovation Clinics help site leadership teams tackle real-time problems. At three, half-day sessions, site teams develop actionable solutions and work on their team effectiveness through a combination of shared leadership activities and peer feedback workshops. Apply by Sept. 1. Space is limited.  Tuition: $950/team (Team = 3 site leaders from the same school)

It isn’t always easy to set shared goals and communicate your vision as a leadership team. This set of activities will give leadership teams simple tools to develop and communicate your vision and your desired outcomes.

Teams identify site specific challenges and workshop solutions. These peer workshops help teams gain perspective, learn from others, and build their leadership tool box with new strategies and resources.

8:15 Avoiding the Waterfall
Although we’ve all learned to monitor and adjust in the classroom, too often we forget the importance of iterative development when we are managing faculty and staff. This set of activities will help leadership teams develop strategies for lean collaboration and iterative planning with faculty and staff.

Balance is tricky. As demands pile up, it’s easy to waver and fall off course. This group of exercises will give leadership teams the opportunity to inventory what’s in their toolkit and what strategies will help the leadership team maintain balance and direction for the upcoming semester.
